1. Scope of Work & Estimation
- All repair, installation, and maintenance services shall be executed strictly as per the mutually approved digital quotation or job sheet.
- Any additional faults, spare part requirements, or structural modifications discovered during work execution will be billed extra as a supplementary invoice.
- 2. Payment Terms & Mobilization Advance.
- Payment Terms & Overdue Penalties100% Upfront Advance: To officially log the service request and dispatch our engineering team, a mandatory 100% advance payment must be cleared by the client before work commencement.Late Payment Fee (Per Day Bracket): In exceptional cases of agreed post-service billing, invoices must be cleared within 48 hours of handover. Failure to do so will attract a fixed penalty of ₹100 per day plus an interest rate of 2% per month on the outstanding balance until fully paid.
3. Inspection & Diagnostics Fees
- A non-refundable Diagnostic and Inspection Fee of ₹[e.g., 300/-] is applicable if our technical team performs onsite troubleshooting but the client elects not to proceed with the recommended repairs.
4. Limited Warranty Policy
- Service/Labour Warranty: AC & Electronic Alliance’s offers a 30-day warranty solely on the specific repair craftsmanship executed by our team.
- Component/Spare Parts Warranty: Warranties on replaced hardware (including PCBs, Compressors, or Fans) are strictly bounded by the terms of the respective original equipment manufacturer (OEM). No warranty applies to unbranded components or gas refills on pre-existing legacy pipelines with undisclosed micro-leaks.
5. Access, Site Logistics & Technician Safety
- The client must ensure unhindered and safe physical access to the electronic appliances, along with uninterrupted power/water utilities required for testing.
- Technician Safety Clause (Mandatory): The client is strictly prohibited from forcing or assigning our technicians to work in high-risk, unstable, or life-threatening environments (such as unsecured high-altitude walls, hazardous wiring, or structurally unsafe areas). AC & Electronic Alliance’s reserves the right to halt operations immediately under such threats. Any forceful deployment that compromises the physical safety or life of our technician will result in immediate termination of service and strict legal action under applicable safety laws.
6. Limitation of Liability
- AC & Electronic Alliance’s is not liable for any pre-existing internal appliance decay, structural cracks during core drilling, or indirect economic losses/downtime resulting from appliance malfunctions.
7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
- These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes arising out of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi (110053) only.
